lovely viewquality air-conditioning
i found the staff nice and helpful. the room had a lovely view of the opera house, a true delight. the room provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay. it had quality air-conditioning.

the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants! i especially appreciated the proximity to the train station and metro (it made getting around so easy!). the breakfast buffet had a nice variety and was well worth the cost (especially the pastries!).
i wish the hotel had a more easily accessible elevator from the front entrance.

the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! directions to attractions via the underground were given without asking. restaurant recommendations were spot on! the room was cleaned thoroughly each day.
there were some steps up to the reception area, slightly tricky with luggage.
